For Personal Use CommissionsDefinition of Personal Use:
Personal use is defined as the exclusive use of the digital product by the client for non-commercial purposes, such as wallpapers, profile pictures, non-monetized social media posts, or private enjoyment.Prohibitions:
Reselling, redistributing, or using the product to generate income, directly or indirectly, is strictly prohibited.Delivery:
Products will be delivered in the agreed-upon formats (e.g., PNG, GIF, MP4, WEBM) and through the previously established methods (email, download links, etc.).Artist’s Right to Publish:
The artist reserves the right to publish the work in their portfolio, on social media, and for other promotional purposes.

Revisions are not permitted once the creation process has started.

For Commercial Use CommissionsDefinition of Commercial Use:
Commercial use is defined as the use of the digital product to generate income or promote brands or services, such as promotional materials or merchandise.Intellectual Property:
The client will receive a license to use the digital work for commercial purposes.
The artist retains copyright unless a full transfer is agreed upon in writing (this may incur an additional fee).Commercial License:
The license permits the use of the digital product for specific purposes previously agreed upon with the client.
It does not include the resale or redistribution of the work as a standalone product.Pricing and Fees:
Prices for commercial use will be higher than for personal use, as they include the commercial license.
The final cost will depend on the type of product (animation, illustration, emote, sticker, alert) and the scope of its commercial use.Delivery:
